Meet Rami, a tech enthusiast, who believes in pushing the boundaries of innovation. With a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Washington, Rami’s thirst for knowledge didn't stop there. He then went on to achieve a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Washington School of Medicine and a PhD in Biomechanics from the University of Southern California.

Rami’s experience in the industry is diverse, having worked at a startup and in corporate America for two years. But his passion for progress led him to create the National Biomechanics Institute, where he provides scientific consulting services to the legal industry and private sector.

In his continued pursuit of innovation, Rami founded pareIT, an artificial intelligence platform that simplifies the complexity of medical records. In addition, Rami is an avid real estate investor, with a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties across the United States.

When he’s not working, Rami enjoys staying active and is often found on the basketball court or up in the air, flying a Cirrus, having achieved his private pilot’s license. Rami's expertise and dynamic spirit continue to inspire those around him to achieve greatness.

Meet Sumeet, an operations mastermind who has dedicated his life to making a positive impact on the world. With a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Berkley, Sumeet's interest in the financial sector led him to work in the industry. However, his desire to make a difference in people's lives drove him to pursue a career in the medical field.

Sumeet's passion for helping others led him to achieve a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Southern California. Upon graduation, he founded SoCal Smiles, a dental clinic that quickly became the highest volume clinic in Orange County within two years. Sumeet's entrepreneurial spirit and operational expertise allowed him to scale the business to unprecedented heights, becoming a well-known and respected name in the dental industry.

After selling SoCal Smiles, Sumeet has been actively investing in various ventures, spanning everything from early-stage start-ups and crypto to residential and commercial real estate. His diverse portfolio is a testament to his versatility and ability to identify unique opportunities in a variety of industries.

When he's not busy with work, you can find Sumeet enjoying the natural beauty of Newport Coast while hiking or swimming in Laguna Beach. Sumeet's unwavering dedication to excellence and his passion for helping others have inspired countless people to pursue their own dreams and make a positive impact on the world.

Ronald Jazzar

Founder/COO

Meet Ron, the master developer who has a passion for bringing projects to life. Ron's educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Cal State San Marcos, followed by an MBA from Chapman University. Ron's expertise in development took him to Dubai, where he served as the lead developer on various multi-million dollar private and commercial real estate projects.

In 2014, Ron founded VSN Consulting, a real estate brokerage firm, and in 2018, he established Jazzar Construction, a company that specializes in producing multi-million dollar coastal mansions in Orange County. Jazzar Construction has also been contracted for various state and federal real estate projects. Ron's ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and his attention to detail have contributed to his success in the industry.

When he's not busy with work, Ron enjoys catching waves while surfing along the southern California coast or hitting the slopes at various ski resorts around the world. Ron's dedication to his two beautiful daughters is evident in the quality time he spends with them. His passion for development and love for adventure continue to inspire those around him to reach new heights.
